PHOTO GALLERY: Dillon Christian Boys Defeat Conway Christian

The Dillon Christian School Warriors defeated Conway Christian in varsity boys basketball game played on Tuesday, Nov. 29, in Dillon.
The Warriors controlled the opening tip-off which set the stage for an impressive showing on offense and defense that dominated play on the court over Conway Christian.
After Dillon quickly scored 6 unanswered points, the Conway coach called a time-out in an effort to calm his players. The Warriors added another 5 points before Conway Christian could get on the scoreboard.
With 2:35 remaining in the first period, Dillon Christian School led 17-9.
After the first period the Warriors were in control 26-12 and never looked back again as they continued to build a bigger lead.
At halftime, the Warriors had a commanding lead.
Diaz Alexander led the Warriors in scoring with 21 points.
Montez Alford and Ross Carlyle each added 12 points in the win for Dillon Christian School while Michael Minges added 9 points. Luke Price contributed 8 points, and Kyle Floyd added 7 points.
The Warriors’ John Rourke garnered 6 points, and Jackson Wolfe added another 4 points in the victory.
The Dillon Christian School Warriors will be at home this Friday, Dec. 2, against Williamsburg Academy.
