Graveside services with full military honors for James McNeil Adams, Jr. will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Riverside Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon.
Mr. Adams, 74, died Monday, November 10, 2014 at the Veteran’s Victory House in Walterboro, SC.
Born in Dorchester County, SC, June 18, 1940, he was the son of the late James McNeil Adams, Sr. and Sophie Cone Adams. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran.
Survivors include his sons, Stanton C. Adams, and Tripp Adams, both of Charleston, SC, Stephen Adams of Columbus, OH, and Joel Adams of Bradenton, FL; sister, Linda McCoy of Irmo, SC; grandchildren, Savannah Adams and Ashley Adams.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his brother, ,Jack Adams.
