For many years, Charles Snipes (Flowers by Charles) put together the Latta Christmas Parade. With the unfortunate passing of Charles this past spring, so passed all of his preparatory paperwork: all contacts, addresses, phone numbers, etc. are nowhere to be found. We who are attempting to pull it all together are asking for your help.

Richardson St., Latta, SC 29565. We need the following information: your name, your organization, what will your organization will be doing, your address and phone number, email, and contact person.
