What’s Wrong?
To The Editor:
In a recent letter to all Dillon County residents on paying the $90 solid waste fee in their annual taxes, dated February 5, 2013, requiring a decal sticker be displayed to use at the recycling centers, I noticed that the Dillon County Council letterhead carried the names of two past members of council.
What’s wrong with this?! Where are the new letterheads? Can’t we (Dillon County) quietly progress? New members to council were elected three months ago in November 2012! Their names were not included! What’s wrong with this?!
