Dillon County Council Chairman Archie Scott (far left) accompanied by Bishop Michael Goings (far right) presented a plaque to Michael S. Harnette (founder) and Ted W. Rollins (co-chairman/CEO) of Campus Crest to thank them for their contributions to the citizens of Dillon County.
