Cullen Bryant To Represent State On America’s Farmer Grow Rural Education Advisory Council

Cullen Bryant of Dillon was selected to represent South Carolina on the America’s Farmer Grow Rural Education Advisory Council, a board to determine the rural school district recipients of the America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education grants.

Local Students Visit Washington

Tyler June and Chelsea Bullock were among 47 South Carolina rising high school seniors on Youth Tour 2011, a six-day trip to Washington, D.C., sponsored by Marlboro Electric Cooperative. They joined more than 1500 students from across the nation in Washington, D.C.

Latta Man Charged In Marlboro County Murder

A Latta man has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime in the death of his co-worker at Mohawk Industries in Blenheim on Friday.
