Dillon County Administrator Tim Harper has completed his term as the president of the SC City/County Managers Association. June was his last month serving as the President of this fine organization, and now he will serve as Past-President. He is the first Administrator from Dillon County to have the honor of serving. Harper wants to thank the Dillon County Council for allowing him to be a part of the SC City/County Managers Association, which is affiliated with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
