Dr. Nicholas Wallace Named McLeod Health Dillon Chief Of Staff


A special team of McLeod Health physicians, who in addition to providing remarkable medical care for their own patients, find the time to serve in leadership positions that further enhance the quality of care for McLeod patients.
These officers offer valuable knowledge and insight to many areas of McLeod Health Dillon. Their duties include working with hospital administration and staff on safety and patient care initiatives, recommending and appointing other Medical Staff members for hospital department chairs and committees, and serving as a liaison between the Medical Staff, hospital administration and hospital boards, among many other responsibilities.

With a strong history in the Dillon community since 1943, McLeod Dillon has continued to grow and expand to serve residents of Dillon (SC) and Robeson (NC) counties with excellence in patient care. The DNV-GL accredited medical center employs 350 and has the strength of 100 physicians on its medical staff.
McLeod Dillon offers general and orthopedic surgery, women’s services, emergency services, intensive care, rehabilitative services and cardiac rehabilitation. Investments in state-of-the-art technology to improve patient care have included MRI, 3D Mammography, 4D ultrasounds, CT Scans and nuclear and vascular studies.
