Seed & Plant Swap To Be Held November 5th At Robeson County Farmers Market

Looking for seeds? Do you have extra seeds left over from your spring or fall planting? Do you save seeds? Here is your opportunity to trade them for seeds you may be looking for, or just come and meet the gardening community.
A Seed & Plant Swap will be held on Saturday, November 5, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Robeson County Farmers Market, Corner of 8th and Elm Streets, Lumberton.
Any open-pollinated seeds are welcome, just package them with the name, number of seeds, date saved (month/year), and some simple cultural directions if possible. Please don’t bring any hybrid or GMO seed. No seed to bring? Come anyway; there will be a voluntary donation box if you choose to use it. Plants are welcome too! This event will be hosted by North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Robeson County Center, Extension Master Gardener Volunteers. In the event of inclement weather, this swap will take place at the O.P. Owens Agriculture Center, located at 455 Caton Road, Lumberton.
