Tony Laverne Morgan
Tony Laverne Morgan, age 55, of Scranton, SC, formerly of Laurel Hill, NC passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the McLeod Hospital in Florence.
A private service was held Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Hillside Memorial Park.
Tony was born August 1, 1955 in Scotland County, son of the late Floyd and Martha Carter Morgan. Before his illness, he worked in textiles for Dillon Knit Ware. Tony was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying football and baseball.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Woodle.
Tony is survived by his brother, Rocky Morgan and wife Rhonda of Laurel Hill, NC.
Visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 19th at Richard Boles Funeral Service in Laurinburg, NC.
