Four Dillon County residents were arrested and charged on Friday with homicide by child abuse.
Victoria Ford, Kelly McInnis, John Ford, and Geraldine Ford were all charged with the crime upon the death of a two-month-old child.
According to the warrants, all four allegedly contributed to the child’s death by not providing adequate food and healthcare.
According to Assistant Solicitor Shipp Daniel, the charge carries a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of life.
The four charged will have a bond hearing before Judge Paul Burch next week.
