The City of Dillon Planning Commission shall meet to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers within the Dilon City-County Complex building located at 401 West Main Street, Dillon, South Carolina.
Item to be considered:
The Dillon City Planning Commission shall consider forwarding a recommendation of approval or disapproval to Dillon City Council upon a request submitted for the rezoning of property located at 506 Highway 301 South (Dillon County Tax Map System Number 059-14-14-005), Dillon, South Carolina from a (B-2) Highway Commercial District to a (B-1) Central Business District and to amend the City of Dillon Official Zoning Map to reflect the same.
Citizens wishing to discuss their concerns may attend the Public Hearing Meeting on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers located at 401 West Main Street, Dillon, South Carolina.
