Using data from the 2010 U.S. Census Count, legislators are discussing ways to change the boundaries of congressional and state legislative districts to make sure voters are not overrepresented or underrepresented.

Turnout was extremely low in the two races for the Dillon City Council on Tuesday with just a little over 10 percent of the voters casting ballots. James “Bobie” Washington won District One. Connie L. Manning won District Two.
