South Carolina To Observe Hepatitis Testing Day

The state of South Carolina will observe national Hepatitis Testing Day on May 19 to encourage testing for viral hepatitis C, the state Department of Health and Environmental Control announced today.

Citizen Appreciates Services In Carolina Section

I live up in the north eastern part of Dillon County known as the Carolina Section.   It is a great place to live but for the longest time we were out of sight and out of mind for some county services like fire and trash.
