City Reapplies For NPDES Permit

The City of Dillon has reapplied for a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to discharge treated wastewater into waters of the State of South Carolina. This is permit #SC0021776.

Area Farmer Gets Donation For Local Food Pantry

Local farmer James McColl has directed a $2,500 donation to the Helping Hands Food Pantry. Funded by America’s Farmers Grow Communities, the donation will allow the group to purchase rice, tomatoes, and other food. The pantry serves about 7,000 local residents.
