A 49-year-old man has been arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor first degree.
Kevin Wayne Lovett was arrested on May 15, 2023, by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor, first degree, based on an investigation by Detective Fred Knight and Detective Sara Albarri.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
