The Town of Lake View dedicated their Veteran’s Park on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. as a tribute to the men and women who made service in the armed forces a part of their lives.
This park honors and memorializes those who served our country in times of war and times of peace.
Our liberties and values stand safe today because of the brave men and women who made a solemn promise to protect, defend and honor this nation. The Town of Lake View thanks God for each and every one of them.
The dedication of this park is the conclusion of the project’s first phase and was possible because of the volunteers’ hard work and the community’s financial contributions.
The Veteran’s Park is located at Centennial Park, 611 Heritage Drive, Lake View, SC 29563.
