The winners of the City of Dillon Christmas card contest are: 1st place is Eden Spivey, 3rd grader at DCS. Her picture will be the City’s Christmas card, and she received a gift card. 2nd place is Ava Klein, 4th grader DCS, and she also received a gift card.
