Confidence is growing that we will have impacts from developing low north of Puerto Rico. Looks like main impacts will be for marine and coastal areas with potential for coastal flooding, high surf, rough seas and gale force winds as early as Tuesday. Elsewhere we will experience breezy conditions through midweek with greatest potential for decent rainfall on Friday, but could come as early as Thursday night.
