First Baptist Church held its Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on Friday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m.
The congregation sang “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” and “Away In A Manger”.
The Christmas Worship, “Light of The World” was by the Praise Band.
Jamie Arnette, Lead Pastor, had the Christmas Greetings.
The John and Lauren Bryant Family had the Lighting of the Christ Candle.
The Scripture Reading, “The Christmas Story”, Luke 2: 1-20, was by JB Bowen, Associate Pastor of Students.
The congregation sang the Song of Worship, “O Holy Night”.
The Praise Band had Special Music, “His Name Is Jesus”.
Everyone enjoyed a video “I Came”.
The Christmas Meditation, Unwrapping Christmas: He Came, Hebrews 10:5-10, by Lead Pastor Jamie Arnette.
After the lighting of the Candle, the congregation sang “Silent Night, Holy Night”.
The Benediction was by Lead Pastor Jamie Arnette.
The Parting Chorus was “Joy to The World”.
