GEORGE F. SPRADLEY $1000 SCHOLARSHIP—VFW Post 6091 is proud to announce the George F. Spradley $1000 Scholarship Essay Contest Winner is Rainie Stroud. Rainie is a senior at Latta High School. She wrote about her grandfather, Fred Moore, a resident of Dillon County, who fought in the Vietnam War. Rainie is very proud of her grandfather. She read her winning essay to the group who attended the Veterans Day Ceremony on Wednesday. Great job, Rainie!
