On October 14, 2021, Law Enforcement with the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, Dillon City Police Department, as well as South Carolina Law Enforcement Division conducted a special operation to combat the fight against illegal drugs, and violent crimes taking place throughout the county of Dillon.
Several arrests were made including:
—Eric T. Dixon of Riverdale was arrested and charged with 2 counts of distribution of cocaine 1st, distribution of schedule 1 (b) or (c) or schedule II narcotic 1st, also felon in possession of a firearm.
— Brandon T. Rogers of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of schedule 1 (b) or (c) or schedule II narcotics.
— Adam C. Harley of Tall Pines was arrested and charged with dist. of meth. 2nd offense, felon in possession of a firearm, 2 counts of distribution Schedule 1 (b) or (c) schedule II drug 2nd offense, also distribution of cocaine base 2nd offense.
— David C. Pittman of Floyd Dale was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine base 2nd offense.
— Rondell Wright of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine base 1st offense.
— Renardo T. Robinson of Dillon was arrested and charged with the distribution of cocaine base 2nd offense.
— Brian Sowells of Dillon was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine.
— James Robert Poston of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of meth. as well as distribution of schedule I, II, or III narcotic.
— Scott Anthony Roberts of Oak Grove was arrested and charged with distribution of schedule I, II, or III narcotic.
There may be more charges to come. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
