Dillon County Coroner Grimsley has identified the person struck by a vehicle and killed on Old Ebenezer Road on Saturday. around 8 p.m.
The victim is Arshera Jannette Brunson, a 32-year-old black female from the Latta area, Grimsley said.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
