A private graveside service for Larry Franklin Small will be held at Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery Mausoleum directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Small, 72, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
Born in Dillon County, SC, July 3, 1948, he was the son of the late Aubrey Franklin Small and Blanche Taylor Small McDaniel. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran having served two tours in the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his daughters, Tammy Lane (Kenny) of Dillon and Amy Gilrain (Dave) of Conway, SC; son, Frankie Small (Christina) of Springhill, FL; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; mother of his children, Rita Herman of Dillon; sisters, Audrey Small of Hozia Falls, NY and Pam Huggins Small of Dillon; brother, Kenneth Mitchell Small of Florence.
Mr. Small was preceded in death by his father, Aubrey Small; mother, Blanche McDaniel; grandson, Davyn Michael Small; and his brother, Terry Lee Small.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
