Thank you so much for the editorial you wrote defending Phil Wallace! It was my honor and privilege to serve on council alongside Phil.
There has never been anyone who cares more about Dillon than Dr. Wallace. I thank you for standing up for him and the good work our city council has done over the years to better the quality of life for the citizens of the city of Dillon. We are blessed to have a man that has been willing to serve for all these years and put the good of others above their own financial gains.
