On Monday, January 11, 2021 the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office received an animal complaint.
According to an incident report by Deputy Casey Cooper, two horses were located dead at a location in the Emmanuelville section of Dillon.
This matter is currently under investigation by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
