The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a hostage situation on Joann Branch Road in Lake View, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. SLED is assisting the Sheriff’s Office. The public is asked to avoid the area.
