The City of Dillon council approved having someone inspect and appraise the First Bank building on Main Street. The city is considering an exchange of property with First Bank. The proposed exchange would be the First Bank building for the parking lot that the city owns beside Black’s Tire. No decisions have been made. A special meeting on this matter took place on September 30th.
