A 24-year-old Latta woman was killed in car accident on Tuesday, August 7th on Red Bluff Road (Secondary 31) in Horry County.
The victim has been identified as Michaela Noel Gandy.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7th, the 2011 Nissan that Gandy was driving was heading north on Secondary 31 when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road, and struck a ditch and a tree. She was the only person in the vehicle.
