Pineapple Casserole

I made this pineapple side dish last night and we had it with chicken. It also pairs well with pork.

Pineapple Casserole
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (in own juice)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
3/4 stick margarine, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Butter an 8×8 casserole dish. Pour in pineapple, including juice. Mix cheese, flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with margarine. Bake approximately 25 minutes (until top is bubbly and brown) at 350 degrees.
