The Latta All-Stars will play in the 10 & Under Dixie Angels state softball tournament in Seneca, South Carolina, beginning on Friday, July 10, through Wednesday, July 15.
Latta’s first opponent in the state tournament will be the Lancaster All-Stars on Saturday at 10 a.m.
The Latta All-Stars went 5-0 in the District 1 tournament to earn their trip to the state playoffs. They scored 100 runs without allowing a single run and defeated Myrtle Beach 23-0 on Friday, June 26, in the district championship.
