Roberts Completes Basic Military Training

Air Force Airman James J. Roberts graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Roberts is the son of James J. and Sherry E. Roberts, grandson of Ada M. and James W. Roberts, and nephew of Sandra A. Bethea, and Louanna and Randy Gray, all of Dillon.
He is a 2010 graduate of Dillon High School, Dillon.
