Fried Corn

Corn kernels
Unsalted butter
Salt and pepper

For each cup of corn kernels, use 2 tablespoons butter. In cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add corn and cook, stirring often, until heated through and golden—about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the corn to taste. If using frozen corn, thaw before cooking.
