Baste or Dip
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste.
You may use regular or Dijon mustard. Combine all ingredients and mix well. This makes enough to baste a whole chicken. Because of high sugar content, baste only during last 20 minutes of grilling to prevent burning.
