With the holidays rapidly approaching, I decided to re-run this easy candy recipe that makes a very large quantity. Good for gift-giving….
Crockpot Chocolate Candy
16 oz. jar dry roasted unsalted peanuts
16 oz. jar dry roasted salted peanuts
2 pkg. chocolate bark (one pound each)
1 box Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
12 oz. bag Nestle’s milk chocolate chips
Put in crockpot in order listed. Do not stir. Cook on low 3 hours. Then stir well. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Let sit for one hour or until it sets.
