Libby’s Recipes: Curried Fruit

Here is a recipe I have not yet tried, but it sounds like it has to be good….

Curried Fruit
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups peach halves
2 cups pear halves
2 cups apricot halves
2 cups pineapple tidbits
Butter casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar and curry powder. Top with fruit. Bake 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees.
