Dear Editor:
I want to thank Mr. Sheldon Edwards for his letter addressing his issues with the South Carolina Department of Transportation and to let him know he is not alone. For years I have struggled with the department regarding drainage, flooding, and vibrations from the deteriorating highway in front of my home.
Here’s hoping that the local and state SCDOT supervisors will understand that when taxpayers are disregarded, they are left with damages, expenses, and stress.
