Councilman Aron Gandy was selected as the new chairman of the Dillon County Council on Wednesday afternoon in a 4-3 vote. Joe Johnson was selected as vice-chairman. More news from the Dillon County Council meeting will appear in an upcoming issue of The Dillon Herald.
