David Samuel “Sammy” Perritt, 59, died Thursday, October 13, 2011, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Friday at the family’s residence.
Born in Dillon County, March 26, 1952, he was the son of the late Alex Perritt and Ruby Page Perritt.
Survivors include his wife, Linda B. Perritt of Latta; son, David Shawn (Heather) Perritt of Dillon; daughter, Nicole Perritt (Charles) Roberts of Latta; grandchildren, Jaden Lee Perritt, Jordan Lee Perritt, and Jackson Alan Roberts; sisters, Leara Pulley of Fairmont, NC, Emma Jean (Guy) Haynes of Wilmington, NC, Judy Graham of Fork, Edna Earl (Danny) Ellis of Fork, and Landis (Derwood) Hyatt of Dillon; brothers, Maxie (Cinder) Perritt of Lumberton, NC, and William “Billy” (Faye) Perritt of Latta.
Mr. Perrit was preceded in death by his brothers, Hubert Perritt and Mahone Perritt.
