Services for Paul Huburn Rouse will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Rouse, 83, died Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Carolina’s Hospital System.
Born in Dillon County, January 12, 1928, he was the son of the late Clarence Rouse and Polly Ann Rogers Rouse. He was a member of Hayestown Pentecostal Church, and was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby King Rouse of Fork; sons, Ronald “Ronnie” (Frances) Rouse of Latta; Paul “Buddy” Rouse of Latta; daughters, Patricia Karen Berry of Latta, and Teresa Diane Rouse of Florence; step-daughters, Frances (Ronnie) Stone of Hamer; and Marilyn Harman of Texar Kana, AR; sister, Vonnie Seate of Lincolnton, NC; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Rouse was preceded in death by his brothers, C.R., and David Rouse; sisters, Willodean Coleman, Dorothy Brown, and Geraldine Davidson; and step-son, Frank Rogers, Jr of Lake View.
