Carl F. Muller, an attorney at law who is employed by Wyche, Burgess, Freeman and Parham, P.A. in Greenville, has filed a notice of appearance in the Court of Common Pleas as counsel for County Council Chairman Macio Williamson in Dillon County, a body politic and corporate by and through its members of County Council, Macio Williamson, Et. Al. vs. John Doe, a citizen of Dillon County. The Herald is filing a Freedom of Information Act request to see if the county is paying for the attorney.
