On Friday, Dillon County Council and County Administrator Clay Young parted ways. It should be a sad day for Dillon County. Clay Young has probably brought more progress to Dillon County under his leadership than any other county official in recent years.

Council Accepts Buyout Of County Admin’s Contract

The Dillon County Council accepted a buyout of Dillon County Administrator Clay Young’s contract and approved a motion in a 4-2 vote to offer the position of interim Dillon County Administrator to Rodney Berry. (with video)
