Latta’s Lady Vikings and Dillon’s Lady Wildcats both took on tough competition in the Little Caesar’s Invitational at South Florence High School last week. The tournament began on Thursday, December 27, with both local teams falling in the opening round.

Wildcats Endure to Down Eagles 27-13 in Fourth Quarter
In the first game of the 2012 football season, the Dillon Wildcats were given an early test of endurance by the Pageland Central Eagles at Dillon Memorial Stadium before pulling away in the second half to win Coach Jackie Hayes’ career 226th game, 27-13.
