Second Arrest Made In Downtown Shooting (Updated 5/9)

(5/3-12:45 p.m.) Latta Police Chief Crystal Moore reports to The Herald that moments ago, a second suspect was arrested in the downtown shooting that occurred in Latta just one week ago on Mauldin Street, just off Main Street.
Moore said she has warrants on Andrew Jones for misprision of a felon and accessory after the fact of attempted murder.

Latta Police Chief Crystal Moore reported to The Herald on Thursday that a second suspect was arrested in the downtown shooting that occurred in Latta the previous week on Mauldin Street, just off Main Street.
Moore said she has warrants on Andrew Jones for misprison of a felon and accessory after the fact of attempted murder.
At approximately 9 a.m. on April 26th, Sgt. Bobby Jones received a call that there had been a drive-by shootings.
Witnesses said they heard as many as five gunshots and saw a black male run by.
Shots hit a 1998 white Cadillac, a 2010 GMC Yukon driven by a business owner, and a building. Another suspect, Christopher Jermaine Kollock, age 32, 219 Beckwith Circle, Latta, was taken into custody in Myrtle Beach. Kollock will be served with a warrant in Latta case for attempted murder.
