Kirkin’ Of The Tartans Is January 27th

At 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 27  at historic Pee Dee Presbyterian Church  there will be held the Annual Kirkin’ of the Tartans.  This is essentially a service commemorating our Scottish heritage although the service was actually originated in America.

City Decides Not To Sell Main Street Property

After an executive session, the Dillon City Council decided not to sell the vacant Main Street property,  known as the Dilmar property, at this time. Plans are to make it a green space, according to City Manager Glen Wagner.
