Services for Evelyn G. Rouse will be held 4:00 p.m. Monday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
Ms. Rouse, 82, died Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Pines Nursing Home.
Born in Dillon County, May 7, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Vernie Wilbur Goodwin and Leila Watson Goodwin. She was a member of Pyerian Baptist Church, and was retired from Herald Multiforms.
Survivors include her daughters, Patricia R. Berry of Latta and Diane Rouse of Florence; sons, Paul “Buddy” Rouse, and Ronald (Frances) Rouse, both of Latta; grandchildren, Alan (Christy) Berry, Derrick (Christy) Berry, Karen (Robbie) Perritte, and April Rouse; 6 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Rouse was predeceased by her sisters, Sara Sawyer, and Barbara Belk; and her brothers, William, V.W., Horace, and Paul Goodwin.
