Glove And Trowel Garden Club Attends Garden Club of South Carolina’s Summer Expo

On Saturday, July 16th, three members of the Glove and Trowel Garden Club, President-Julie Sawyer, Linda Dutton and Julie LeChette, traveled to Columbia, to the Garden Club of South Carolina’s Summer Expo.

Permit Issued For Poultry Farm Expansion In Nichols

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Bureau of Water has issued an agricultural permit to expand an existing poultry farm and dispose of the manure. The permit becomes effective on August 10, 2016.
