The Dillon County Branch of the NAACP held their Annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Saturday, February 7, at Brandi’s Banquet Hall in Dillon.
The Latta Rotary Club recently donated $330.86 as part of a campaign called “Rotary has Heart” to the Johnson Family Foundation.
Several members of The Pilot Club of Dillon attended a leadership conference in Columbia.
The Pilot Club of Dillon had their meeting, Thursday, January 22 at The City of Dillon Fire Dept. Several items of business and projects were discussed.
The Pee Dee District Conference of the United Daughters of the Confederacy was held on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at The Surf Club at North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Fort Randall Chapter #2686 was the hostess chapter. Five members of the Ann Fulmore Harllee Chapter #1740 attended this Conference.
The Yellow Jessamine Garden Club met Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the home of Juster Carter. Juster’s husband, Ronnie Carter prepared a wonderful meal for the members. It was enjoyed by everyone.
