Goings Graduates From Institute Of Government For County Officials

Thirty-eight county officials graduated on Aug. 2 from Levels I and II of the Institute of Government for County Officials at the 49th  Annual Conference of the South Carolina Association of Counties (SCAC), held July 31 to Aug. 3. Among them was Randy Goings of the Dillon County Council who graduated from Level I.
