Hurricane Rain And Wind Totals For County Released

Steve Pfaff of the National Weather Service (Wilmington) says that Dillon County had 18.38 inches of rain due to Hurricane Florence. He said NWS Columbia shows decent wind gusts estimates across Dillon County at 60-80 mph during the hurricane.

South Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture Hugh Weathers on Tuesday surveyed crop damage from Tropical Depression Florence during an aerial tour of Chesterfield, Dillon, Florence, Horry, Marlboro and Marion counties.
